Poor management - Clinical Research Associate Syneos Health Employee Review

Management issues - I was working for an FSP and my manager at Syneos failed to give me guidance and feedback in order to satisfy the work culture at the FSP. My manager suddenly changed and new management abruptly let me know that the FSP were not happy with how certain work issues were being fulfilled by me etc. Poor management and poor follow-through from management.
