Pros
If you haven't worked with Excel ever in your life, you will learn Excel. However, since most of the hires are MBAs, it is highly unlikely that they don't know Excel.
Cons
I worked with Synergy consulting for a couple of months. I would try to keep this review brief and objective for the benefit of larger audience: The Harrowing: Pathetic onboarding of new employees. Mgmt. tantrums start coming in from 1st month itself. No honeymoon period at all. The Struggle: exploitative seniors; make incomers work on both Saturday and Sundays and ask them to be available on phone 24*7 (no kidding) Team change is impossible. Easier to do a job change than rot in there. The End: Spend your weekends in looking out for a good opportunity outside. Synergy brand value is non-existent.
