-free lunch once a week (farmers fridge) -overtime if desired -calm environment -well stocked labs -casual side of business casual dress code -Monday through Friday -once trained you get to work independently -every technician has their own specialties and responsibilities

-occasional mandatory weekend work ~5-6 weekends a year -can be repetitive and monotonous -can feel like there is an unlimited amount of work to be done

The commute to the job was decent and that is the best thing I could say about it.

Terrible hours. Always forcing mandatory overtime. Incredibly sexist male dominated environment. Men set up and lie on high performing female coworkers while the managment, also male dominated, allows it to happen. I was verbally abused by a coworker and my managers did nothing. This company has nothing but a toxic workplace culture and no one here is willing to change it. Their HR is useless. Management are all nepo babies and family. Not promoted because they are actually qualified to do their job. Several male coworkers almost poisoned my clean buckets by putting a dirty allergen bucket with mine, I saw them do it and try to set me up, management did nothing. The next time I was told I could go on break and management ended my temp contract for going on break? Also the male coworkers are absolutely the laziest most calculating people you will ever meet. Unhelpful, sabotaging, vindictive.
