Our business model can be easily confused with a pyramid scheme/MLM, which is illegal in the United States. It’s important to note that a pyramid scheme/MLM requires an initial payment from any new member, and that is not something that we would ever ask of our employees. None of our partners would ever associate themself with a pyramid scheme/MLM because it would tarnish their reputation. We offer multiple compensation packages that are all structured so that each one of our team members has a base salary or hourly pay in addition to bonuses and incentives, which wouldn’t be the case if we were a pyramid scheme/MLM. Our work weeks are on average 40-45 hours a week, however, we always offer more hours if you choose to do so. Having a life/work balance is a very big part of our values at Synergy Management. Many of our employees have families at home and it’s important to us that they have time for their commitments outside of work.
