Toxic management and environment. No work life balance. Most of the people leave after few months. No promotion for women.

Very busy at times and high expectations. Expect to work overtime (without the pay)

Thanks for the review! It has been busy this year! We are working to get a better understanding of what is working and what could be improved to help with managing the site visits and paperwork requirements. We're also assessing our recruitment strategies to ensure we have the capacity we need. Hopefully we will get the chance to discuss salary personally at some point if you're comfortable. We make sure to pay higher than market to provide appropriate compensation for our hard working team.

- Lots of projects and fast paced environment - Practical experience and learn how consulting works - Nice people- work parties and events for socializing - A lot of senior and experienced staff

Cons

- Concerns about client retention when senior staff retire - most fairly old - Some managers a arrogant and self important - a little toxic - Compensation not great

I can understand your concerns, but please know there are plans to ensure our team has great relationships with the clients before any of our senior team goes anywhere. Our experienced leaders want us to continue their great legacy. It's tough to read about your feelings on our managers. This isn't feedback I typically get so would like to hear more if/when you're comfortable. I'd also like to talk about compensation as we work hard to ensure we're compensating our great team well.
