Thanks for the review! It has been busy this year! We are working to get a better understanding of what is working and what could be improved to help with managing the site visits and paperwork requirements. We're also assessing our recruitment strategies to ensure we have the capacity we need. Hopefully we will get the chance to discuss salary personally at some point if you're comfortable. We make sure to pay higher than market to provide appropriate compensation for our hard working team.

Thank you for the review and apologies for not seeing it until now. I can understand your concerns, but please know there are plans to ensure our team has great relationships with the clients before any of our senior team goes anywhere. Our experienced leaders want us to continue their great legacy. It's tough to read about your feelings on our managers. This isn't feedback I typically get so would like to hear more if/when you're comfortable. I'd also like to talk about compensation as we work hard to ensure we're compensating our great team well.
