Workload was ridiculous Training was a joke Don’t listen to employees Probation period is a joke - people need to plan for a future can’t wait around 6-9 months as you’re completely incapable of being able to decide if someone can do a job. HR department probably the worst I’ve come across Would keep going but got better things to do but just wanted to make sure someone read this and if they considered working for Synexus to not to bother. Especially if they appreciated their mental health. I never suffered with anxiety before I started working here and you’ll probably see in a lot of reviews about how employees have suffered mentally from working here
