Excellent HR and management team and very good hike cycle. Supportive and always reachable HR and management.
Cons
No variable or extra earnings. The package is fixed with only shift allowance. Synophic systems deploys their employees to Cisco and forget about them and depend on Cisco management for feedback’s during hike cycles.
