Pros
Great people, well managed company. Great benefits, pay and overall compensation. Very steady and reliable and excellent products. The company has a very high level of integrity which shows in everything they do. Aart is a very inspiring leader and really cares about the people. LOTS of smart people!
Cons
Many people have been with the company for 20+ years, which is good on the technology side, not so good on the internal operations side. Some of the internal-facing functions (HR, IT) are filled with well intended people but lacking innovation. HR is still stuck in the role of corporate police vs listening to the employees and leaders and rethinking how the function should evolve. Again, well intended and smart people but need to evolve.
