I was Full time employee in Design group (DG), so below things are only applicable to DG - 1. Work life balance is good 2. Constant flow of work, never too high, never too low 3. No Micro managing 4. Synopsys has many talented and loyal employees and they are open to share knowledge 5. May be good for Experienced people as company is stable

I was Full time employee in Design group (DG), so below things are only applicable to DG - 1. Compensation is average 2. Benefits are average 3. No fun, no social, only work 4. Employee's average age is around 40 and above, so lacks young people in work force 5. Not much diversity in work force 6. Old fashioned company
