      Pros

      Excellent work place because of great people and superb general manager for the development center. The company culture also great, focused on excellence, integrity, customers and employees. Great (and rare) for this location, since they have several R&D centers around the world.

      Cons

      Pay is average for industry, requirements for hires are a bit high, and benefits and work ambient (supposedly and effectively) make up for that.

      If you want a CEO that specializes is tanking the stock firing engineers, getting the company hijacked by private equity, and cheating employees out of their bonuses using magic company performance math, this is the company for you.
