      Synopsys is a very stable company, makes solid profits and future is very promising. Management listens to the employee's ideas and there is a push for innovation.

      Work can be complex and one has to do many task at the same time which can be stressful.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
