      Pros

      Cool place to work at. Compatible salary, good opportunities, great guys, nice site with almost all comfortable benefits the site might ever have. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes doing the same over and over again is not that good. :) But, overall, it's Ok. I'm quite satisfied

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
