One hears "I" a lot, when clearly it was others that did the work. No work-life balance. HR is NOT there for the employee. Using "unlimited vacation" as a way for you to work more, and not have accrued carry-over vacation on the books. Requiring annual NDA does NOT speak much to employee trust. Turn-over is high.
