It was a fine job, normal hours, fun coworkers, great culture, nothing crazy. Great opportunity to get experience in various departments and further your career.
Cons
Desperation for clients often lead to securing business that resulted in operations getting the short end of the stick. Unrealistic expectations sold to clients and pushed onto staff.
