Yes, we have experienced a market shift as our portfolio has aged without an immediate replacement. However, a new Managing Director recently joined the company with many years of experience in our market. He quickly developed a plan and has been transparent with the company about what we are doing, our investment and the time it will take to regain our local manufacturing market share. We expect the manufacturing side of our business will see a huge change within only a few months. Furthermore, we are investing in the development of locally designed and manufactured machinery for our market. Meanwhile, our Import Business has seen immediate and unprecedented growth leading to many opportunities for every employee’s aspirations. Our overall business is in good shape, we are headed toward a sustainable business in both manufacturing and import, and will continue to grow ahead of the market.
