      Managers are technically smart up to the VP level

      CEO just wants out. Company is in financial trouble. No bonuses paid in 2026. Employees receive private stock that is worthless until IPO which will probably never happen

      Pros

      Top leadership is onto focused on trying to get IPO. No one will pay attention if you don't do anything as long as give good news to your boss.

      Cons

      Top leadership is in over their heads. They want IPO but don't know how to make it happen. The strategy is random, whatever analyst says that month.
