Pros
Good for freshers to learn but they need to work for 18hrs a day
Cons
Long working hours late night till 3pm we need to work even though management will not satifies. It's a start up company organization don't work culture &how to treat employee. At lock down time they deducted 50℅ salary even though we worked 18hrs a day. HR will not care about employee she will only concentrate how to deduct salary
