Pros
If you are in senior level, this might be good for you, but if you are in junior level, it's not. For AI-ML / GenAI & Python, you will get a lot to learn if you are new to IT, and an experienced one will be able to work on the latest tech in the market. They also pay well if you are an experienced guy.
Cons
The founder doesn't know how to talk to people. They don't listen to their employees and always make excuses when employees ask questions during CEO talks. Favouritism & Politics exist in the company. Poor Air Condition on office, you have to buy a table fan for yourself LOL... Even though some senior management has table fan, the company doesn't agree with this problem.
