Pros
The most import reasons and values an employee desire are usually: Compensated Well for Delivered Value Fullfilling Work Appreciation for Contribution A Culture where One Can Thrive Being in the Know and Part of the Vision There are many more; however, my experience in a long working career and a career in the military offers these values as the ones that polls and comes up in reviews of this matter the highest. System Pavers pays attention to these values as much as I have seen in many companies where I have had some kindof experience as well as in my own research as a student of leadership and business. I know the senior leaders and Founders as much as anyone can know them over 13 years working as a sales contributor, Regional Manager and finally as a Director of Training for the company. Anyone can have success and satisfaction in their work at System Pavers if you understand the positive culture, focus on excellence for reasonable profit and sustaninability for growth and opportunity. If you become a part of that, you'll realize and enjoy that which you look for in your employment. Be certain about what you want, commit to excellence and many doors open for you at System Pavers. This commentary is both fact and opinion.
Cons
There are no real Cons other than changes for the perceived benefit of the company not aligning with your current career path which is normal for a growing company. Any other cons are most often normal for any large organization in the form of personal relationships, some leaders that are not fully engaged as leaders, may require training and self-development and thus do not manage well, and unfortunateley the tendency for personal low performance to find blame in others for their own lack of proficiency and/or attitude. This is my view and no company is perfect so we can find a con of some sort. The focus should always be on the positive; this, far outweighs the negative and just enhances attitude for your own benefit. Be selective in your committment to a job and when hired, do it. If later on you find it your company doesn't fit, do not look for blame. Try to fix the situation by looking within, looking at the real problem and if you cannot see or find a solution usining every course available to you, move on without animosity.
