      Pros

      They are great about keeping equipment up to date. They trade out trucks and trailers for new equipment frequently. If you need a new strap, chain, binder, ect they give it to you asap.

      Cons

      New hires need to understand that trucking is a life style and not just a job, knowing that will help.

      Equipment, Multiple yards across the country, Benefits, They don't micromanage. They hire new CDL holders
