Pros
The team on my pod are great, as are other staff within the office. They are friendly and welcoming and have helped me whilst I am still learning. The early induction and walk around of the building has given me confidence to go where I need to without requesting help.
Cons
Core hours are long but it's fine if you enjoy the job and motivated to work longer to achieve the best results. City Center location is great but parking costs are expensive.
