Leaders are doing job of 3 people in some cases, Pipe fitter heavy but don't have pipe wrenches

Fast paced, learning a new trade, making new aquaitances and friendships, testing and troubleshooting, working as a team. Work days seem to go by fast.

Working with other trades, many safety issues and close calls, constantly be watched by uniformed officers and taking pictures of employees in unsafe situations
