It's only good if you have no other option

They provide minimal training but expect you to know everything, and if you don't, they will be very mad and blame you for your incompetency. They also modified your resume to 6-7 years experience and asked you to lie that you are on H1b during your interview. When you are actually applying for H1b or GC in the future, none of this "work experience" can be used because they are fake, and you will get into trouble when trying to "prove" your experience. (Yes, you need proof of experience when applying for H1b/GC). If you want to ruin your future, then do it.
