Workload is overwhelming most of the time, you likely will be working the job of 2-3 roles while only having one on your job description/pay and pay for the role is low compared to the state average...
Since many folks are overworked, the responsibility of something that should NOT be your responsibility may fall on you to you to complete or it will never be completed
With the company growing rapidly a lot of time will be spent doing something the fastest way instead of something that scales well so the work will need to be redone in the near future. This is something that is improving but nonetheless has burned me many times in the past.
PTO is rolled into Sick time so you either go to work sick, work extra the rest of the week, or lose vacation.
Systima does not spend enough money on things that make quality of life better, e.g. Computers, Equipment, Services, People.
