Not a single thing worth to mention

Boss overloads staffs, pays significantly low salary while they are making lots or money from government contracts. Boss keeps making promise(or course unfulfilled) and keeps discouraging staff from finding another job with multiple excuses. No training provided and expects staff to learn by themselves for programmer. For technical engineers, overload wirj repetitive task with no career progression. Their main target is of course young grads who are still naive in this industry. If you want to join this company i would strongly against. Better jobless than work here

Good environment with positive vibes from manager and colleagues. Interns also can learnt a lot from experience given by the colleagues.

Often need to overtime due to high submission volume and to much project need to be cover but still manageable. The salary also quite low.
