      Pros

      Benefits and pay are great. I know part timers making 50k a year working 25 hours a week in a retail store which is unheard of.

      Cons

      They want you to focus on too many things at a time. If everything is a focus then it’s hard to really improve on anything. Culture has continued to go downhill over last few years with change of CEOs and there is constant leadership change and layoffs lately.
