      Executive leadership has good vision and growth plan for the company.

      Cons

      Sr. Management (AKA Regional managers) are clueless and inadequate for the position. Good ‘ol boys club. Ability and merit does not compete with who you know. Hardly ever see leadership in retail location. If you are looking for a good paying job, this is a good place to start. If you are looking for leadership or professional growth…..keep looking.
