Pros

-Fair pay + comission -Team accomodates to your needs -A lot of team work -Team leaders and District managers stay in touch with every individual -Answered any questions I ever had even if it was a repetitive question

Cons

-Store goals and personal goals were never clear -Too pushy to upsell someone who just wanted to buy a $150 phone for example. -HOW we got paid was never clear to me. -Too many cold calls. -In general they were too pushy to try and upsell someone who was just gonna pay their bill. I understand its retail but there's obvious clues when a customer has NO interest in buying a $800 phone when they walk in with an on5.
