Pros
Great leadership that fosters a great environement that is supportive and recognizing stellar performance. Also relatively good compensation program in place.
Cons
Overall a very great place to work but still struggling to reclaim there edege in the market place. As they progress through this it will be somewhat of a challenge but still a great place. This coming year will be a defining moment in its history and I look forward to watching them reemerge as the victor in the wireless space.
