      It is a great place to work at if you are not looking to grow within the company and are happy with your current job description. It is also a great leverage point to move into other industries or companies because of the brand recognition.

      Cons

      Lots of uncertainty around your career prospect due to frequent reorgs, people are not always motivated, and there is not enough cohesion and collaboration between different functions within the company.
