      Pay is good for people with little experience/low skills

      Cons

      Very left-wing political environment. You will receive emails in your inbox daily from higher ups telling you that you are nothing more than your immutable characteristics. Mainly your skin color and sex. Your actions and behaviors don't matter. Only your "identity group". They explicitly stated that they hire based on race/sex/sexual orientation.
