Pros

Good Pay and Excellent benefits cheap employee lines and pretty much can request off time whenever as long as you have the time

Cons

No room for promotion even with excellent stats. Raises were taken away because of company/customer decline. If customer calls back for any reason it is counted against you and the bonus that is almost un reachable..

This has been the best workplace for me so far. Love the energy, management, people, workplace, free food every now and then, great coffee.

Cons

IT department can be more proactive.
