Pros

Good pay, good benefits, generally a good environment to work in. If you are motivated to progress within the company there are many opportunities to do so.

Cons

Senior leadership within my worksite does a good job, however the immediate mgrs in my dept are "inert". They don't know how to make things move and will accept the mediocre status quo rather than going against the grain.. The workers in my dept are also judged job performance-wise on things we have zero control over.

I took in what was given, the opportunity to make a great income on a part time job. Learned several skills that now help me in my profession.

Cons

If you aren't a commission driven person then this can be a challenging job for you.
