Pros

The pay and the benefits are phenomenal. The leadership treats its front line employees with a lot of respect. As a CSR 2 (not CSR 1, mind you) you are given a lot of freedom to make the right choice for the customer.

Cons

Communication between management within and especially between sites was terrible. Many of the changes made in policies began to not reflect the value of the customer they preach.
