Pros
- Benefits are second to NONE - The amount of PTO is very fair - As a sales rep up to assistant manager you are not worked to death! (manager not so much) - Commissions can be good
Cons
- However Commission can suck, especially when I watched the upper management change the structure go from great to nill over 5 years - work life balance for managers isn't the best... - last minute ideas from upper management are thrown on you then you have to do the same to your staff... (these ideas are not all the way thought through...) - HR is a joke and it is waaaayyyy to hard to get rid of those who need to go.
