Pros
Pay, PTO and WFH but only 2 days a week.
Cons
Everything else. The most soul sucking job I have ever had. They only care about numbers. T-mobile doesn't want thier customers to call customer care. They grade us on how many times a customer will call back. Next month it will be some new dumb metric for the (ones who are off the phones) leaders to nitpick.
