Industry leaders making a real difference in customer's lives by offering great pricing, product, benefits, and service. It feels great to work where you know you are doing something positive for people. Magenta everywhere! :) The attitude is also magenta - bright and positive, can do attitudes and get it done work ethic throughout the company. The HQ is remodeled and full of energy. A new food court and in-house bar have amped up the workplace look and feel a bit. Benefits are comparable to other companies in the area.
Cons
Salaries are lower than similar jobs in the Bellevue, WA area. As is true of many other places, the manager makes the difference. Sr. Leadership these days seem to expect the world from workers without much reward for the worker other than the feel good for doing good.
