Pros
It's the corporate turnaround story of the decade with the Un-carrier positioning, focused on putting customers first, which feels great. You will be inspired by leaders, especially John Legere and Mike Sievert. It's a very marketing-led company, which is great for those of us in marketing. The pay and benefits are great with almost 4 weeks vacation time to start.
Cons
Marketing planning seems to have gone out the window, and it seems we're working to launch whatever idea we came up with last week ASAP, sometimes to the expense of a good customer experience, and things change constantly, which can feel disruptive. The IT systems and teams are also very bloated, slow and not great quality. It can hinder our ability to fully take things to market quickly and with a great experience for customers.
