Pros
It's a great place to work just based on the environment. I had fun every day that I was at work, even days that I got yelled at by irate customers. T-Mobile really takes the initiative to set you up for success, and make sure that everything is kosher for you.
Cons
Management should research the locations of their stores prior to construction to ensure stability and number making. There's too much of a press to make numbers at a particular location, but the neighborhood is low-income or full of students - how do you expect us to make numbers if the people in the area don't have hundreds of dollars to give a phone company?
