Pros

If you focus more of being a "Yes man" you'll climb the ladder! If you have the right manager, they'll defend you and support you. (Many don't) They offer a big discount on service, but no longer provide a discount on devices.

Cons

-SLT doesn't care about ICs -The horrible management style of Sprint is taking over -"Yes man" are valued more than hard workers -EVERYTHING is reactionary vs being proactive -SLT would rather force Apps to do more than they are designed to do vs spending money on proper Apps -They constantly say there is no budget, but then drop Billions buying companies to then lead to lay-offs -Many groups are sexiest -They waste time doing multiple All-Hands to repeat themselves about what they sent an email about -After losing 1/3 of our team last year, and running super thin, we got hit with more lay-offs last mouth -No one feels like they have job security anymore -People get promoted to manager positions while having minimal to no ability/experience managing people -SLT is stuck in their ways -SLT doesn't practice what they preach -MORALE is at an all-time LOW!!! -Don't expect a raise that keeps up with inflation

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
