One layoff after another - Retail Development Manager T-Mobile Employee Review

There are layoffs every one to two years. Promises are not kept, especially when the say “there will be no more layoffs”. They are also always cutting the budgets because they are “out of money” while reporting record sales and profits quarter after quarter. You cannot trust the smiley faces of upper management… EVER! Guaranteed you will not be able to use your alloted PTO. Everyone is maxed out at 248 hours of unused PTO (engineers, office personnel, sales reps, etc.), at which point you no longer accrue PTO. So much for having great benefits. At least there are great medical benefits since you will probably get sick working for T-Mobile.
