Pay, culture, top heavy, CEO, lacks vision, woke, layoffs and removal of benefits. Remote work frowned on even though its a communications company, tracking employees badge swipes to ensure employees are coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Fired employees who didn't get the jab. Reduced PTO carryover to 40 hours.
