Pros

The culture. Our previous CEO Robert Dotson said that his experience from managing volunteer missionaries has really affected his leadership style, and it shows. After all, how do you motivate someone to do something if you can't fire them?

Cons

Unfortunately, more often than not, moving up the ranks and being recognized is more about who you know, rather than what you do. Also, rewards and recognition:participation should be voluntary, not compulsory. Also, if no one fits the bill, don't hand it out. When you hand recognition out on a monthly basis, it becomes lips service and musical chairs, and really feels like it's nothing special.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
