      Well paid, excellent benefits & many opportunities to learn business acumen.

      Cons

      Pay has been decreasing over the years. Things have not been great after the merge with Sprint. Many strategic layoffs throughout company. Yes there are opportunities for growth but not as well paid as a few years back.
