Pros
Great compensation $50/2 yr move in. Flexible hours depending on your senior management of course. I was able to work 2 part time jobs.
Cons
Have to deal with a lot of complaints, especially billing complaints which they don't teach you to deal with, yet you still have to make an effort to call HQ.
