Pros
Great work environment. They tend to say all the right things. Benefits package is pretty good.
Cons
But putting theory into practice has proven to be a challenge. Just saying the right things is not enough especially when it takes years to see any movement towards better communications and career advancement opportunites. Additionally, there is a HUGE lack of diversity within leadership and no efforts in that direction. This is also reflected in mid-level promotion opportunities. T. Rowe Price rarely promotes qulaified people of color. The only minority group that has SOME level of representation are women. Perhaps promoting caucasian women is their attempt to be diverse, but it still fails to properly represent all of the qualified candidates that seek employment or promotions.
