      - Decent Pay - Nice Team Members

      Cons

      - Lied about job title. - Time Micromanaging. - No training strategy. Expect to be ready to go on day 1. - Office politics is rampant. - Severely understaffed Teams on Service Desk. - Expect to go to pubs regardless of beliefs if you're in the development and consulting side. - Lying about being proactive in the cyber security space to bring in clients. Outside of CE audit, no dedicated SOC and engineers don't have basic security related skills. - CEO trend chases AI and Cyber to oversell to clients.

      Work at home. Excellent technical support and good benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal training and then demand perfection. Less emphasis on clientele issues and obsessive concern with controlling their phone systems.
