Leadership forces strategy to pivot every other day. Parent Company - T2 is owned by Verra Mobility, which operates in the public space. This means they care more about paying less in taxes each year than really anything else. They have prompted several layoffs so that the stock goes up a percentage of a point. Bad Behavior is incentivized - if you are willing to gaslight, intimidate and manipulate your colleagues then you will do well here.
