Cons
There is a list about a mile long for the cons, but in a nut shell: Low Pay - unless you are SLT your pay is significantly lower than the rest of the industry, and you are asked to do more than your share. Lack of real leadership - No real leadership. The leadership team is filled with silver spoon kids and parent company plants. Reporting structures change constantly and there is no real vision. Leadership forces strategy to pivot every other day. Parent Company - T2 is owned by Verra Mobility, which operates in the public space. This means they care more about paying less in taxes each year than really anything else. They have prompted several layoffs so that the stock goes up a percentage of a point. Bad Behavior is incentivized - if you are willing to gaslight, intimidate and manipulate your colleagues then you will do well here.
