Pros

Your team can be nice until management gets involved. Pay is good.

Cons

A singular cause for the CONs. When T5 took over the vendor contract they brought in a new manger. This manager should never have been placed into a management position without having any management experience. When he came on he targeted people he did not personally hire for termination. Placed underqualified people into positions of authority. Exclusively promoted people with his exact same background. Usually, that was a 20s something kid that would not be employable anywhere else. Apply for a promotion and you subject yourself to an arbitrary "Board" at a random time usually months after you applied. Male on male sexual harassment is also something to look out for there as one of their managers has a habit of placing his crotch up against peoples shoulders while barking orders at them and berating their shift; politely report it to his boss and you will be targeted for termination. HR is useless as they will report to site management to investigate. The site will investigate themselves, find nothing wrong and report that to HR, then target the person management thinks reported it. Employee reviews are one-sided, arbitrary, and used as a tool by management to terminate people.

Pros

Working at T5 Data Centers has been an incredibly positive experience. The company truly lives its values—integrity, accountability, and a people‑first mindset aren’t just talking points here. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee growth. You feel trusted to do your job well, and you’re given the support and resources to keep developing. The culture is collaborative across teams and sites, and there’s a real sense of pride in the work we do. T5 maintains high operational standards while still fostering an environment where employees feel appreciated and heard. Wins are celebrated, feedback is welcomed, and continuous improvement is encouraged. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow your career, be part of a strong team, and contribute to meaningful work in the mission‑critical space, T5 is a great choice.

Cons

None that I can think of. T5 is not a huge hyperscaler company like Google or Amazon and the pay reflects that but they are competitive in the area and offers more in the other areas like growth, work life balance and culture than those other companies do. Those people come to T5 when they are tired of being overworked with no appreciation or recognition. Money isnt everything. No job or company is perfect but theres never been anything substantial enough to cause any concerns for me. Truly a great place to work.
