Pros
Pays decently compared to some FBOs, also you get to meet a lot of very interesting people with the opportunity to expand your network.
Cons
Almost no vertical movement possibility, employees are treated as a replaceable commodity with a 90% turnover rate, vacation time and sick time are held over employees heads and very difficult to receive, management has an "Us vs. Them" mentality, employees are quick to be thrown under the bus if anything goes wrong, promotions aren't based on merit and some promotions are merely in title and added responsibility without any additional compensation.
